1) ORDER

STEP 1: PLACE THE DESIRED GOLF BALLS IN YOUR CART
Click on the golf ball you want to order (do not immediately click on the shopping cart but on the icon with the magnifying glass next to it). The minimum number of golf balls you have to order per type / type is 25 pieces. Do you want more? Then you increase the number by simply typing the number or use the higher / lower next to the number. Then click the 'Add to cart' button. You now automatically stay on the same page to continue shopping. Do you not want to continue shopping? Click on 'Shopping cart' at the top right of the page. Now click on 'Complete order' or, if you want to continue shopping, on 'Continue shopping'.

STEP 2: ENTER YOUR DETAILS
In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal details. Also choose whether you want to receive your order at the address you have chosen or if you want the golf balls to be delivered to a different address.

STEP 3: CHOOSE SHIPPING METHOD
Choose whether you want to receive your order at the address chosen by you, pick it up at a PostNL point or pick up the golf balls from us.
PostNL: If you order before noon, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after noon, we will do our best to send your order the same day, but we cannot guarantee that. You will receive a track & trace from us to track your order. PostNL does its best to deliver your order the next day. Occasionally there is a delay in delivery for which we are not liable.
Pick up: If you order before noon, you can pick up your order every following day from 4 pm at the address below. If you order after 12 noon, we will do our best to ensure this, but we cannot guarantee that. You will receive an e-mail from us if you have succeeded. If you want information earlier, that is of course also possible. Our customer service is happy to help you! STEP 4: CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD
At BestBuyGolfballen you can choose how you want to pay. You can pay with us with iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Mister Cash, Sofort Banking or pay afterwards via AfterPay.Do you have a discount code? Then you can enter it in the relevant field. The total order amount will be adjusted immediately upon approval. If you choose a bank transfer, please take into account that your order will only be shipped when we have received the payment. 

When purchasing more than 300 golf balls, you can contact our customer service for a possible discount.

STEP 5: CHECK YOUR ORDER
Check whether the items you want to order are correctly in your shopping cart. Confirm your order by placing a checkmark next to the sentence "By clicking 'Buy' I place an order with payment obligation and I agree with the Terms and Conditions."

STEP 6: PLACE ORDER
Now click on the 'Buy' button to pay. Pay your order with your chosen payment method. You will then be redirected to a page with confirmation that the payment was successful. You will then receive an email from us with the order confirmation and an invoice.

Are you unable to place an order? One of the causes may be that you ordered via tablet or mobile. We would advise you to try again on a laptop or computer. If you are not able to do this, please contact us. Have you placed multiple orders and only paid for one? That's no problem. The paid order is processed and shipped. 2a) SHIPPING THE NETHERLANDS

We send the golf balls in a box with PostNL. As soon as we send your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail you will also receive a track & trace or information about how you will receive the track & trace. With this track & trace you can see when the package will be delivered to you. What happens when you are not at home? The driver will take the package back and leave a message for you. In principle, he will try again the next working day. If it happens that you are again unable to take your order, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL collection depot. Do you know in advance that you are not at home? Hang a notice for the driver at the front door and indicate that it can be delivered to the neighbors, for example.

For sending orders up to € 150.00 you pay € 6.25. Orders above € 150.00 are shipped for free.

3a) DELIVERY TIME FOR THE NETHERLANDS

The delivery time of your order never differs in principle. An order ordered before 12.00 will be shipped the same day and PostNL will do its best to deliver the package the next working day. However, we cannot guarantee the services of PostNL. You will receive a track & trace during the day after placing your order to be able to track the order. PostNL gives you a time indication on the planned day of delivery.

The delivery time is indicated per golf ball (right of the picture). The majority of our range is available directly from our own stock. If your order consists of several types of golf balls, the delivery time of each product may differ. In principle not, but it is possible. 3b) DELIVERY TIME FOR SHIPPING ABROAD

An order ordered before 12.00 will be shipped the same day and the distributor will do its best to deliver the package as soon as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the services of the distributor. You will receive a track & trace during the day after placing your order to be able to track the package. The distributor gives you a time indication of the planned day of delivery.

At BestBuyGolfballen.nl you can pay in many different ways. So handy right? Below you will find the options and what the conditions are. For a payment method with extra costs, we would like to point out that you will not be credited with these costs when you cancel an order.

iDEAL
With this payment method you can directly process the payment via your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in a trusted payment environment based on the security methods of your own bank. If you bank online you can use iDEAL directly, you do not have to register for this. The use of this payment method does not entail any additional costs.

PayPal
One of the largest online payment services worldwide. PayPal is very easy to use. You only have to log in with your PayPal account and you can pay immediately safely and for free. 5) COLLECTION

ATTENTION
Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, the normal collection procedure below must be deviated! Pick up in Heemstede is currently not possible. Pick up in Hoofddorp is possible, but with a slightly stricter policy regarding days and time. But we will work it out together. After you have placed your order, we will contact you by telephone or send an e-mail to make an appointment.Of course you can also pick up your order. If you choose to pick up, you can, in addition to all other payment methods, also pay cash or with debit card. In that case, choose the payment method 'bank transfer' in the 'check-out' of your shopping cart and fill in 'Comment' that you want to pay in cash. The rest actually goes by itself. 6) QUALITY

Every golf ball, every brand, every type has its own price and quality! What does this mean? First of all, you buy second-hand golf balls. They sometimes carry advertisements and they may have player markings. It also means that they have already been used once. Some more often than others. But that does not mean that it can compromise on the quality and therefore playability of the golf ball. We believe that the quality of a second-hand golf ball should simply be excellent! All our golf balls are selected manually. So the quality is determined by people. Nevertheless, we do use an AAAA or AAA or AA quality designation because we believe that every lakeball deserves a second owner, but they don't deserve the same price tag. This way, every golfer can decide for himself which quality ball he wants to use and we all help the environment by using lakeballs.

What makes a golf ball excellent in quality and of less excellent quality. First of all: no quality golf ball has cracks or breaks!
A golf ball of AAAA quality can be called as good as new, has no damage, is bright in color (sometimes with some very light discoloration), can have advertising and / or small player markings.
A golf ball of AAA quality looks good, may have minor superficial damage, may feel a little rough at times, may have some discoloration and may have advertising and / or player markings.
A golf ball of AA quality has superficial blemishes, feels a bit rough to the touch, usually has some discoloration and has advertising and / or player markings (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot).

The price of the golf ball says nothing about its lifespan! A 4 piece ball with many qualities simply does not last as long as a 2 piece ball with less qualities. So quality mainly says something about what a ball can do and for us it means that the ball must still be able to do what it is designed for. 7) WARRANTY

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the golf balls. After all, it is a used product and you cannot feel and see everything by hand and by eye. We do guarantee that the ball has the quality we explained to you at 6) Quality.

Have you received golf balls that are nevertheless something wrong with? Please contact us within 2 working days of receipt. The most efficient way to communicate with us is to leave us a message via My Tickets in My Account. This means that all questions you ask are automatically linked to the order and billing information of your account. Don't have an account yet? Create it and all your orders will automatically be linked to Your Account (of course the names of the order and the account must match!). Would you prefer to call us and contact us by telephone? Have you bought a product (lakeballs) with something wrong? Please contact our Customer Service within 2 working days after receipt of the lakeballs golf balls.
