1) ORDER

STEP 1: PLACE THE DESIRED GOLF BALLS IN YOUR CART
Click on the golf ball you want to order (do not immediately click on the shopping cart but on the icon with the magnifying glass next to it). The minimum number of golf balls you have to order per type / type is 25 pieces. Do you want more? Then you increase the number by simply typing the number or use the higher / lower next to the number. Then click the 'Add to cart' button. You now automatically stay on the same page to continue shopping. Do you not want to continue shopping? Click on 'Shopping cart' at the top right of the page. Now click on 'Complete order' or, if you want to continue shopping, on 'Continue shopping'.

STEP 2: ENTER YOUR DETAILS
In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal details. Also choose whether you want to receive your order at the address you have chosen or if you want the golf balls to be delivered to a different address.

STEP 3: CHOOSE SHIPPING METHOD
Choose whether you want to receive your order at the address chosen by you, pick it up at a PostNL point or pick up the golf balls from us.
PostNL: If you order before noon, your order will be shipped the same day. If you order after noon, we will do our best to send your order the same day, but we cannot guarantee that. You will receive a track & trace from us to track your order. PostNL does its best to deliver your order the next day. Occasionally there is a delay in delivery for which we are not liable.
Pick up: If you order before noon, you can pick up your order every following day from 4 pm at the address below. If you order after 12 noon, we will do our best to ensure this, but we cannot guarantee that. You will receive an e-mail from us if you have succeeded. If you want information earlier, that is of course also possible. Our customer service is happy to help you! We can be reached by telephone from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 22:00 on telephone number +31647488968. You can also send an email to [email protected] stating the order number.

STEP 4: CHOOSE PAYMENT METHOD
At BestBuyGolfballen you can choose how you want to pay. You can pay with us with iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Mister Cash, Sofort Banking or pay afterwards via AfterPay.Do you have a discount code? Then you can enter it in the relevant field. The total order amount will be adjusted immediately upon approval. If you choose a bank transfer, please take into account that your order will only be shipped when we have received the payment. 

When purchasing more than 300 golf balls, you can contact our customer service for a possible discount.

STEP 5: CHECK YOUR ORDER
Check whether the items you want to order are correctly in your shopping cart. Confirm your order by placing a checkmark next to the sentence "By clicking 'Buy' I place an order with payment obligation and I agree with the Terms and Conditions."

STEP 6: PLACE ORDER
Now click on the 'Buy' button to pay. Pay your order with your chosen payment method. You will then be redirected to a page with confirmation that the payment was successful. You will then receive an email from us with the order confirmation and an invoice.

Are you unable to place an order? One of the causes may be that you ordered via tablet or mobile. We would advise you to try again on a laptop or computer. If you are not able to do this, please contact us. Have you placed multiple orders and only paid for one? That's no problem. The paid order is processed and shipped. 2a) SHIPPING THE NETHERLANDS

We ship the golf balls in a box with PostNL. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace. With this track & trace you can see when the package will be delivered to you. What happens if you are not at home? The driver will then take the package back and leave a message for you. In principle, he will try again the next working day. If it happens that you are then again unable to accept your order, you can pick up the package at the PostNL location chosen by PostNL. Do you know in advance that you will not be home? Hang a notice for the driver on the front door and indicate that it can be delivered to the neighbors, for example, or that he can leave it at the front door (own responsibility!).

Have you chosen to pick up at a PostNL location? Even then you will receive a track & trace to follow the shipment and you can see when the package is ready to be picked up. Please keep in mind that a package does not stay at the location for more than 7 days and that a package will then be returned to us. If you then want to have the package sent to you again, the costs of the shipment are for your account!

For sending orders up to € 150.00 you pay € 6.25. Orders above € 150.00 are shipped for free. This condition only applies to private individuals.

Orders consisting exclusively of the BestBuyGolfball Budget mix, the Pinnacle Budget mix and/or the Top Flite mix will never be shipped free of charge. These orders always pay their shipping costs. Orders made (or suspected of being) with a commercial purpose are also exempt from free shipping. These shipping costs can also be charged afterwards.


2b) SHIPPING ABROAD

We also ship golf balls abroad. Below is a list of countries with shipping costs. Orders abroad are never shipped for free.

We send the golf balls in a box with PostNL and their partners abroad (varies per country). On the day your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with track & trace. With this track & trace you can see when the package will be delivered to you. What happens when you are not at home? The driver will then take the package with you and leave a message for you with the procedure to be followed. Do you know in advance that you are not at home? Post a notice for the driver at the front door and indicate that, for example, it may be delivered to the neighbors or that he may leave it at the front door (own responsibility!). Please keep in mind that not all drivers want / are allowed to do this.

3a) DELIVERY TIME FOR THE NETHERLANDS

In principle, the delivery time of your order never differs. An order ordered before 12:00 will be shipped the same day (with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) and PostNL will then do its best to deliver the package the next working day (Saturday is a working day for PostNL). But we cannot give a guarantee on the services of PostNL. You will receive an email with track & trace on the day your order is shipped. With track & trace you can follow the shipment and PostNL will give you a planned day of delivery with a time indication.

Delivery time is indicated per golf ball (to the right of the image). Most of our range is available directly and from our own stock. If your order consists of multiple brands and / or types, everything will be delivered to you at once. If, in a rare case, your order consists of multiple delivery times, we will contact you for which type of delivery you choose: all at once or in phases.

Our stock is largely kept in real-time and is therefore very accurate. We do our utmost to ensure that stocks that are not tracked in real-time are as accurate as possible. However, if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, you cannot derive any rights from it. 3b) DELIVERY TIME FOR SHIPPING ABROAD

However, we cannot guarantee the services of a distributor. You will receive an email with track & trace on the day your order is shipped. With the track & trace you can follow the shipment and you will receive a planned day of delivery with a time indication.

The delivery time, which is indicated per golf ball (right on the photo), is an indication for the Netherlands! Most of our range is available directly and from our own stock. 4) PAYMENT

At BestBuyGolfballen.nl you can pay in many different ways. Very handy, right? Below you will find the options with a description of the conditions. For a payment method with extra costs, we would like to point out that you will not be credited these costs when canceling an order.

iDEAL
With this payment method you can directly process the payment through your own bank during the ordering process. You pay in a trusted payment environment based on the security methods of your own bank. If you bank online, you can immediately use iDEAL, you do not have to sign up for this. No additional costs will be charged for the use of this payment method.

PayPal
One of the largest online payment services worldwide. PayPal is very easy to use. You just have to log in with your PayPal account and you can immediately pay safely. Please make sure there is enough balance in your account. That saves a lot of hassle when processing your order. With PayPal you can set how you pay your balance on the PayPal: credit card (automatically), bank account (automatically) or make an additional deposit (not automatically). For the use of this payment method, € 2.50 will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.

Credit cards: Visa - American Express - Mastercard
Pay safely and quickly with your credit card. In addition (depending on your credit card company) often also a Delivery Guarantee and Purchase Insurance. Not that you need it because we guarantee 100% delivery and quality. For the use of this payment method, € 2.50 will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.

Bancontact (Belgium)
We have the Bancontact payment method especially for our Belgian customers. This allows Belgian account holders to make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are absolutely guaranteed. Bancontact is only available when the billing and delivery address is in Belgium. No additional costs will be charged for the use of this payment method.

SOFORT Banking (Deutschland)
We have the payment method SOFORT Banking / Überweisung especially for our German customers. This allows our German account holders to make online purchases using their bank card. Safety and reliability are absolutely guaranteed. SOFORT Banking is only available when the delivery address is in Germany. For the use of this payment method, € 2.50 will be charged regardless of the purchase amount.

Bank transfer
By choosing bank transfer you place your order directly without paying. You will receive an email from our payment provider Mollie Payments with a payment link. As soon as we have received the payment, we will start preparing and sending your order. Note: if you forget to pay, your order will not be shipped! No additional costs will be charged for the use of this payment method.

Cash
This is only possible when you collect your order from us. Choose 'pick up in Heemstede' and 'bank transfer' as payment method. Enter at 'Note' that you want to pay in cash. The rest actually goes without saying. You pick up your order according to the applicable procedure and pay contact or by pin. You can ignore the payment request to pay by bank transfer that you receive by e-mail and throw the e-mail in the trash. Nothing else changes.

5) COLLECTION

Of course you can also pick up your order. If you order before 12:00, you can in principle pick up your order every following day from 18:30 at the address stated below. If you order after 12 noon, we will do our best to make sure that this also applies, but we cannot guarantee this. Please note that this applies to orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday). After you have placed your order you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with the exact information.

6) QUALITY

First of all, and certainly not unimportant: you buy second-hand golf balls. These so-called 'lakeballs' are taken out of the water by our diving team at many golf courses in the Netherlands. It means that they have already been used once. To assess the current condition of each ball, the Best Buy Golf Balls team uses their own eyes and hands and they are divided into qualities and are given a quality rating: AAAA or AAA or AA.

AAAA QUALITY
This lakeball is as good as new. There is very little or no damage to the cover, the golf ball is clear in color (not necessarily white) with some very slight discolouration. It can have advertising or company logos and / or small player markings.

AAA QUALITY
This lakeball looks like an average golf ball that has already been played with. It can have very minor to some superficial damage and it is smooth to slightly rough to the touch. The cover may already be slightly worn but the dimple pattern has not been affected. It may be discolored. It may have advertising or company logos and / or player markings.

AA QUALITY
This lakeball has damage. It often feels rough and the cover may be worn to the point that the dimple pattern is slightly affected. It may be discolored. It can have advertising or company logos and / or player markings (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot).

A QUALITY
This lakeball is very badly damaged. There is a small to large fracture that is superficial to very deep. We do not sell this golf ball because you can no longer play with it.

7) WARRANTY

Unfortunately we cannot give you a guarantee on the golf balls. You cannot estimate in advance how long a golf ball (even with a new one!) will last. This depends on too many external factors. We do guarantee that the ball has the quality that we have explained in 6) Quality!

Have you received golf balls that still have something wrong with? Please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 2 working days of receipt). Only in this way do we know that something is wrong and that you are not satisfied. Only in this way can we resolve your dissatisfaction/complaint! Only in this way can we continue to greet you as a golf friend of Best Buy Golfballen!

Have you bought a product (lakeballs) with something wrong? Please contact our Customer Service within 2 working days after receipt of the lakeballs golf balls. In all cases, do you want to take into account that settling a warranty claim takes 5 to 10 working days ?! If you are not satisfied with the solution offered?
