You can also leave us a message via 'My Tickets' in 'My Account'. All questions you ask via 'My Account' are automatically linked to the order and invoice information for your account. Don't have an account yet? Then you can still create it. This will link all your orders that you have previously made to 'My Account'. Please make sure that the name you used for your previous order(s) matches the name you use when you create an account.
Buying a golf ball can be quite difficult. Just not the right type, not the right color, but still a softer ball, rather a better quality or a lesser one... BestBuyGolfballen therefore gives you the opportunity to exchange your order. We collect the 'old' golf balls free of charge and we plan a day with you to collect the package and deliver the 'new' golf balls. For shipping the 'new' golf balls, we ask you to pay the shipping costs.
Make sure that the golf balls return in their original condition and in the same way and in the same (or a similar) box. We want to prevent damage to the golf balls during transport. So are you afraid that the golf balls are not protected enough in the box? Then we advise you to protect this extra with paper, newspapers and / or bubble wrap. We must charge you for damage to the golf balls that was not reported in advance before the return, after receipt and inspection of the golf balls. We would like to emphasize that it is NOT allowed to test the golf balls with drivers and/or irons! You can only exchange golf balls once per order. If you want to exchange more often than that one time, then all shipping costs are for your account. You can do or arrange the shipping yourself, you can also ask for our help. This often saves a lot of hassle and hassle and you keep the costs lower. Exchanging in this way is only possible for the Netherlands.
Do the golf balls not meet your wishes and do you want to cancel and return all or part of the order? Of course this is possible. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. You are not obliged to provide a reason, but we would appreciate it if you do. Before you return an order, we ask you to contact us by telephone or in writing (by e-mail). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your order. The shipping costs for returning the package are for your account and will not be reimbursed by us. The golf balls with accessories (any tees and promotional gifts) must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging. We would really appreciate it if you provide our email address ([email protected]) when creating your shipping label. This way we know when we can expect the package. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancel and return entire order the Netherlands

Cancel and return partial order the Netherlands

Here too we would like to emphasize that it is NOT allowed to test the golf balls with drivers and / or irons! If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return. Crediting takes place on the account with which you paid the payment or on the account number you provide on the withdrawal form. Please take into account that it can differ per bank when the amount is visible in your account ?!
For both exchanges and returns, we request that you fill in our Return and Withdrawal form and return it with the package. We cannot process your return without the return form. The following applies to both exchange and return of your order: of course, the product may not be tested and may not be damaged (any longer) and must be returned in the original or similar packaging. We would like to emphasize once again that it is not allowed to test the golf balls with drivers and / or irons!

Step 2: Fill in the Complaint form. Open the 'Complaint form' (with Adobe) and scroll in the right bar to and click on "Fill in and sign". In all cases, would you please keep in mind that settling a complaint takes time ?! If you are not satisfied with the solution offered? Then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http: /ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
